Ginger/Spice Grater

This grater is purposely small. It is meant for making small amounts of pureed spice or ginger. It works excellently on turmeric and radishes as well. This is a must have if you love to grate ginger or other fibrous roots and you want a really fine mash. Regular graters will not do this.
