• How simple it is to navigate once you know where things are.

• I would imagine it would be hard to know where to start when you first begin, is there a detailed tutorial on how to create a store from scratch?

How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?

• Heading into the MSM role this experience built empathy for me on realizing how much effort goes into building an amazing store, brand and product.

What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?

• Are we equipping first time users with the tools they need to be successful in order to lower churn?
